At Honeylife Healthcare we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality pharma and nutraceutical products. To ensure transparency and provide a smooth shopping experience, we have outlined our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of pharma and nutraceutical products, returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a return or replacement.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product or a product that differs from your order, please notify us immediately for resolution.

Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, as they pose health risks and safety concerns.

2. Return Window

All eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be considered.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email our customer service at info@honeylifehealthcare.com Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Return Shipping: For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other cases, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

4. Return Conditions

  • Products must be in their original packaging, with all labels, seals, and safety coverings intact.
  • Products must be unopened and unused unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and the amount will be credited within 7-10 business days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The product has been used or opened (except in the case of damage or defects).
  • The return request is made after the 7-day return window.

6. Exemptions

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. These include:

  • Perishable items such as supplements with an imminent expiration date.
  • Personalized or customized orders.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, a new order will be placed once the return is processed.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
